Terms and Conditions of Booking

The booking is accepted based on information provided by the hirer on the booking form. Any alterations to the details on the booking form may lead to additional charges.
The deposit of £50 is non-refundable, but transferable if we are available on your newly chosen date.
The full balance of all bookings need to be paid 14 days prior to the event date.
The running time of the fountain is between 2-3 hours depending on which package has been chosen, any additional time will be at the hirer's cost.
We will require access to the venue 1 hour before dipping starts to set up and melt the chocolate.
We are unable to provide a chocolate fountain to run outdoors, unless situated within a closed marquee and away from open curtains. Any slight breeze will affect the chocolate flow.


Each fountain when fully loaded with chocolate can weigh over 120Ibs. We provide a sturdy level table and black table cloth. The hirer will need to inform the venue and ensure that there is space.
A 240V socket will be required as close as possible to where the fountain will be located. If the fountain is to be located in the middle of an open area, be aware that trailing leads may be necessary. Any such leads will be taped to the floor wherever possible, however although care will be taken, no responsibility for accidents can be accepted. Our recommendation would be for your guests to have access to the fountain from one side only and be located at the edge of the room.
We require parking at the venue, as close as possible to unload our vehicle. 



If for any reason the booking can not be fulfilled by Chocs & Dips as a result of causes out of its control, such as equipment failure and bad weather a full refund will be issued.
